They are simple: here we explain how the site works and the general conditions under which we rent. The specific conditions for your event (items, price, deposit, date and times) are confirmed in writing in your quote or rental agreement, and those prevail over these general terms.
1. Sobre el sitio y las cotizaciones1. About the site and quotes
El sitio es informativo. Enviar el formulario o escribirnos por WhatsApp es una solicitud de cotización, no una reserva. Disponibilidad y precio dependen de los artículos, la fecha y la zona de entrega, así que se confirman en cada caso.
Una reserva queda confirmada únicamente cuando Lilys Party Rental la confirma por escrito (WhatsApp, mensaje o email) y, si aplica, se recibe el depósito acordado.
The site is informational. Sending the form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a quote request, not a booking. Availability and price depend on the items, the date and the delivery area, so they are confirmed case by case.
A booking is confirmed only when Lilys Party Rental confirms it in writing (WhatsApp, text or email) and, where applicable, the agreed deposit is received.
2. Pagos, depósitos y cancelaciones2. Payments, deposits and cancellations
Las formas de pago, el depósito, el saldo y la política de cancelación o cambio de fecha se indican en tu cotización o acuerdo de renta antes de confirmar. Recomendamos avisar cualquier cambio con la mayor anticipación posible: los fines de semana y las temporadas altas se llenan rápido.
Payment methods, deposit, balance and the cancellation or date-change policy are stated in your quote or rental agreement before confirmation. Please let us know about any change as early as possible — weekends and peak seasons fill up fast.
3. Entrega, montaje y recogida3. Delivery, setup and pickup
- Coordinamos contigo la ventana de entrega y de recogida. Alguien mayor de edad debe estar presente para recibir y devolver el equipo.
- El cliente garantiza el acceso al lugar (dirección correcta, permiso del venue o edificio, espacio para descargar) y una superficie adecuada para instalar.
- Para casas inflables se necesita un espacio plano y despejado del tamaño del inflable, sin cables ni ramas encima, y una toma de corriente a distancia razonable (o generador acordado).
- Si al llegar no es posible entregar o instalar por causas del cliente (nadie presente, sin acceso, sin espacio), la renta puede cobrarse igual o generar un cargo por segundo viaje, según lo indicado en tu cotización.
- We coordinate the delivery and pickup windows with you. An adult must be present to receive and return the equipment.
- The client ensures access to the location (correct address, venue/building permission, unloading space) and a suitable surface for setup.
- Bounce houses need a flat, clear area the size of the inflatable, with no cables or branches overhead, and a power outlet within reasonable distance (or an agreed generator).
- If on arrival delivery or setup is not possible for reasons on the client's side (nobody present, no access, no space), the rental may still be charged or a second-trip fee may apply, as stated in your quote.
4. Uso del equipo y responsabilidad4. Use of the equipment and responsibility
El equipo se entrega limpio y en buen estado y debe devolverse en las mismas condiciones, salvo el desgaste normal por uso. Desde la entrega hasta la recogida el cliente es responsable de cuidarlo:
- Usarlo solo para lo que está hecho: sillas para sentarse, mesas para servir, manteles sobre mesas, inflables para saltar.
- Pérdida, robo, daño, quemaduras, cortes, pintura, cera, manchas permanentes o piezas faltantes se cobran al costo de limpieza especial, reparación o reposición, según corresponda.
- Casas inflables: supervisión permanente de un adulto; sin zapatos, comida, bebidas, objetos punzantes ni mascotas; respetar la capacidad y separar por tamaños; no usar con lluvia fuerte, rayos o viento fuerte — en ese caso hay que desinflar y desconectar hasta que pase.
- No mover el equipo del lugar donde se instaló sin avisar.
Equipment is delivered clean and in good condition and must be returned the same way, except for normal wear. From delivery to pickup the client is responsible for looking after it:
- Use it only as intended: chairs for sitting, tables for serving, linens on tables, inflatables for bouncing.
- Loss, theft, damage, burns, cuts, paint, wax, permanent stains or missing parts are charged at the cost of special cleaning, repair or replacement, as applicable.
- Bounce houses: constant adult supervision; no shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects or pets; respect capacity and separate by size; do not use in heavy rain, lightning or strong wind — deflate and unplug until it passes.
- Do not move the equipment from where it was set up without telling us.
5. Clima y causas de fuerza mayor5. Weather and events beyond our control
Trabajamos al aire libre en el sur de Florida. Si el clima o una situación fuera de nuestro control (tormenta, huracán, cierre de vías, emergencia) impide entregar de forma segura, buscaremos contigo la mejor solución: cambio de horario, de fecha o lo que se haya acordado en tu cotización.
We work outdoors in South Florida. If weather or a situation beyond our control (storm, hurricane, road closures, emergency) prevents a safe delivery, we will work out the best solution with you: a new time, a new date, or whatever was agreed in your quote.
6. Propiedad intelectual6. Intellectual property
El nombre Lilys Party Rental, el logotipo, los textos, las fotos y el diseño del sitio nos pertenecen o se usan con permiso. Puedes compartir el enlace del sitio libremente; no copies ni reutilices su contenido con fines comerciales sin autorización.
The Lilys Party Rental name, logo, texts, photos and site design belong to us or are used with permission. Feel free to share the site link; do not copy or reuse its content commercially without permission.

En la medida que la ley lo permite, Lilys Party Rental no responde por daños indirectos derivados del uso del sitio. La responsabilidad por una renta se limita a lo pactado en tu cotización o acuerdo de renta.
The site is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep the information current, but errors or omissions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Lilys Party Rental is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Liability for a rental is limited to what is agreed in your quote or rental agreement.
9. Ley aplicable9. Governing law
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá, primero, conversando; y si no se logra, en los tribunales del condado de Broward, Florida.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved, first, by talking it through; failing that, in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
